Enjoy the magic of the Sahara with a night in a luxury camp located in the Merzouga desert, surrounded by the impressive dunes of Erg Chebbi. This experience is designed for you to enjoy the sunset, Amazigh hospitality and the peaceful atmosphere of the desert with all the comforts.
The experience
Merzouga – Erg Chebbi dunes – luxury camp
At the agreed time, we will meet at the departure point in Merzouga. From there, you will begin a camel ride through the heart of the dunes, normally with one camel per person and accompanied by the caravan leader.
During the ride, we will stop to watch the sunset and enjoy the silence, colours and wide-open views of the Sahara. Afterwards, you will continue to the camp.
Upon arrival, you will stay in a private luxury tent equipped with a private bathroom and shower. In the evening, a traditional Moroccan dinner will be served and, weather and local conditions permitting, you will enjoy Berber music around the fire under the starry sky.
The following morning
Sunrise, breakfast and return to Merzouga
Those who wish may wake up early and climb the dunes to watch the sunrise. Afterwards, breakfast will be served at the camp.
To return to Merzouga, you may choose between going back by camel or travelling by 4x4 vehicle. The selected option, timetable and exact return point will be confirmed before booking.
